We ship all over the world with USPS for domestic & DHL for international customers. Our shipping & handling time is 5-14 business days, shipping time does not include weekends nor holidays. International customers shipping time may be longer. Custom or preorders will take longer than the normal processing times, please understand.
We will provide a USPS or DHL tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS or DHL and provide your tracking number for all claims. We’re not responsible if your package(s) are lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued for this reasoning either.
