What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). Afterpay will soon be an available payment option.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Tuesday-Saturday and we ship them after they're processed. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 72 hours. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during business days, holidays, and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. After that, it will take 5-7 business days to deliver in the United States, and 10-15 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Sales tax will be charged at the time of purchase at the state rate of 7% for Indiana consumers. Other states tax rates are generally determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us if you're located in another state. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE: Skerlo does not provide refunds, we will exchange your item for another product. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related information regarding your concern or exchange.

How long is the returns process?

We offer exchanges only no returns, the exchange process may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your item. We will email you to confirm your item has been received.

When will I receive my refund?

We do not offer refunds, we will gladly exchange your item depending on the situation.
